Anywhere bones connect, there is also cartilage, a rubbery, protective layer of which makes certain your joints bend smoothly and painlessly. However even cartilage cannot do this incredible job on it’s own. A thin membrane known as the synovium supplies fluid that lubricates the moving parts of the joint.
